Welp. Free Verse is over.
I’m proud that this festival accomplished what I wanted it to: amplify voices that needed to be heard while spreading poetry across the city.

What’s next?
The work of Free Verse will continue through The Unspoken Word, as well as my personal travels. I’ve got plenty of school visits and workshops on the schedule. And a MAJOR project to announce at the beginning of the year. Stay tuned?
